We are a quad frame manufacturer and do not sell or support Ready To Fly quads.

For questions about orders or inventory, you may email us and we will respond within 24 hours.
Please don't ask us to lie on your custom forms. If you are not willing to pay the taxes, please do not order. Asking us to lie puts us in an awkward position, and the penalties for being caught (both sender AND receiver) are very high! I am sure neither of us would like this.

We are always very busy processing orders and manufacturing and packing frames, so we are not usually able to accept orders by phone. It is generally best to order or contact us through the website or by email. If however, there is something urgent pertaining to your order that we should know as soon as possible (incorrect address, payment method, etc) you may contact us at:

- Most orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 2 days of order. For pre-order or back-ordered items please allow up 2 weeks for processing and shipping.
- Privacy & Security
- Your private information will not be shared with any other company or person(s) unless required for warranty purposes (for example, for us to send your flight controller back to the original manufacturer for replacement). We do no share our customer database for mailing purposes and we do not send junk email.
- Returns & Replacements
- We will replace defective items if we are contacted within 30 days of the sale. For items which have been damaged due to a crash or improper installation (and reason for damage is clear), contact us as we may or may not replace the item depending on the circumstances. We do our best to help everyone, don't be afraid to ask.
- Ordering
- We primarily accept paypal, and may occasionally send you invoices for items you request which are not listed on the website or appear as out of stock. Our paypal address is sales@hoverthings.com. If you receive an unexpected invoice from an email address other than sales@hoverthings.com, please contact us before sending any payment.
- Our prices are subject to change as the cost of materials change. By purchasing an item you are accepting the price at that time. We will not refund the difference if the price drops and your item has already shipped. Of course if it has not shipped yet, feel free to contact us about the price change and we will refund the difference. Because products change quickly, we can not accept returns of a newly purchased product simply because a new version was released shortly after the purchase. If you are concerned that a new version of the product may be released, please ask before ordering.

- By creating an account with us on the website you will be able to view and track your orders. We update tracking when we ship the order.
